Sanus Systems inaugurates state-of-the-art Consumer Hotline
(Newly expanded service quickly answers consumer questions;
removes most post-sale service burdens from dealers.)
(St. Paul, Minnesota) -- Sanus Systems announces the installation of its improved Consumer Hotline, the most technically-advanced and responsive customer service in the AV accessories industry. This service features extended hours, installation and assembly help, and product problem solving. It is staffed with a number of Hotline-dedicated Sanus employees who have been trained in all aspects of the extensive AV line of wall mounts, speaker stands and furniture.
According to Aaron Harris, Tech Support Team Leader, this service actually supports retailers by removing the bulk of consumer questions and follow-up from the stores' personnel and directs them to the Sanus dedicated technical support staff for prompt action. "This new approach sets us apart," said Harris. "Perhaps there are others in the industry who have consumer hotlines, but certainly there are none with our scope of technical knowledge, product training, quick response time and 'can-do' attitude of seeking complete customer satisfaction. We operate like consultants for those that call us."
Harris said that Hotline activity ranges from installation and troubleshooting queries to research before purchasing to replacement parts calls. Hotline users receive assistance by calling the toll-free number: 1-800-359-5520. Harris noted that most calls are answered within 30 seconds - a very favorable response time - and that consumer questions and problems are handled quickly, generally in less than five minutes. Even the most complex questions are handled within 24 hours. The Hotline is staffed from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. At other times, consumers needing assistance have the options of voicemail at the hotline or by emailing info@sanus.com.
