Replacement Parts
Missing or damaged parts can be replaced by calling Sanus customer service at 1-800-359-5520 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a. m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. In order to qualify for replacement parts, products must have been purchased from an Authorized Sanus Dealer or directly from Sanus.
In order to ensure prompt service and replacement, please be prepared with your product model number and the specific missing part/parts. Having instructions nearby helps ensure accuracy.
