Denver, CO — CEDIA EXPO — Booth 346 — September 10 — SANUS ®, the #1 TV wall mount brand in the US*, will launch a new speaker stand designed for SONOS® PLAY:1™ and PLAY:3™ speakers at CEDIA Expo in booth #346.

The new SANUS WSS2 speaker stand positions SONOS PLAY:1 and PLAY:3 speakers at the manufacturer's recommended angle for accurate audio dispersion and securely supports the speaker for optimum bass response. The WSS2 allows users to place their sound where they want it and not be limited to bookshelf or tabletop placement.

When combined with the PLAY:1 or PLAY:3, the WSS2 stand is ideal for rich, room-filling ambient sound, an enhanced home theater experience, and outdoor play. Multiple usage applications could include:

• Stereo pair of PLAY:3 speakers mounted vertically on WSS2 and linked with SONOS PlaySub as a 2.1 audio system
• Single PLAY:3 speaker mounted horizontally on WSS2 in the corner of any space
• Stereo pair of PLAY:1 speakers mounted on WSS2 behind a couch and linked with SONOS PlayBar as a 5.0 surround system
• Single PLAY:1 speaker mounted on WSS2 outside under covered deck or patio

The stand installs in minutes. It features integrated wire channels through the column and base for hiding cables, adjustable carpet spikes and rubber feet, and three different mounting brackets to accommodate the PLAY:1 and PLAY:3 speakers. PLAY:1 may be mounted vertically while the PLAY:3 can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The custom brackets secure the speaker without blocking Ethernet or power ports.

The WSS2 is available now and sold as a pair for MSRP $99.99. Color options include black and white.
