Sanus Systems Introduces Flat Panel Foundations® Speaker Stand

(Saint Paul, MN) -- Sanus Systems introduces its new Flat Panel Foundations® speaker stand designed in response to the exploding popularity of flat panel plasma and LCD televisions.
The new Sanus Flat Panel Foundations speaker stand (Model FF1s) is a stylish, extruded aluminum pedestal contoured precisely to fit the rounded back of the new generation of flat panel speakers, providing a unified sculpted look. From its striking base of contoured tempered glass with chrome feet to its sturdy construction of extruded aluminum, the smoothly engineered shape of the FF1s complements today's flat panel TV displays. Sanus worked with Klipsch to ensure a seamless fit with the soon-to-be-released Synergy Series SLX flat panel speakers.
The Model FF1s stand is more than an elegant accessory for flat panel speakers; its acoustic aluminum stanchion design, coupled with thick glass and chrome isolation feet, gives solid support to speakers with minimal diffraction and resonance. Sanus Systems' patented wire management system keeps wires totally hidden in the pillar. The universal mounting system of Model FF1s provides height adjustment and works with most speaker manufacturers' flat panel speakers.

The Flat Panel Foundations speaker stands are sold in pairs. Each package contains two extruded aluminum pillars, two tempered glass bases and six chrome feet. The pillars are 39.5" (100 cm) high with a base plate of 16" wide by 12" deep (41 cm x 30 cm). The speaker height adjustment range extends up to 13" (33 cm). The Model FF1s stand package retails for $159.99 and is presently available.
