I am afraid I will break the TV
This is my first encounter with Sanus mounts. Installation was easy however there were little instructions. I called their 800# late in the evening 2 days before Christmas. WOW! I had a very qualified thorough assistant that spoke perfect english with no accent. However, the design on this one is awful. The mount refuses to move without 2 people and I feel as though I am going to break the TV trying to adjust it. After spending $250ish and feel as though I am going to have to take it back. Maybe with use it will get easier but...

Flimsy mount that's hard to move.
I have been an A/V installer for 15 years. This mount is far and away the flimsiest I've ever seen from Sanus. The TV I mounted with it was nowhere near 125 lbs. I was worried the horizontal tube were going to fail and send that TV into the floor. Once it was up it almost takes 2 people to move the TV. Sanus makes a lot of great mounts, this isn't one of them.

BE CAREFUL!
If your electrical outlet is on the wall do not buy this mount. Unless the outlet is at the perfect height it will be directly behind a panel on the mount. The mount will not close as it should because of the power cable. $260 and the tv is about 5 inches from the wall. Will not close all the way because of the power cable (I am even using a "hug a plug") To avoid the outlet the tv would be either WAY too high or WAY too low. I am not a happy camper.
