Doesn't fit the Arc Ultra
I have enjoyed this mount for a couple years now with my Sonos Arc, however I came here looking for an updated model which would support the new Arc Ultra. Unfortunately, I believe the title of this product was updated prematurely to state that it supports the Arc Ulta.
The problem is that the mounting plate has two metal tabs which stick out, on the inside from where the 'up arrows' are carved out, designed to fit into a cutout on the back of the original Arc, perhaps for additional support. However, the Arc Ultra is completely flat on the back, so attempting to mount it on this plate will result in the metal tabs pushing into the back. At best, the Arc would be angled as a result, but at worst, tightening down the mounting screws would result in pushing the tabs through the back of your brand new speaker.
I've reached out to support for confirmation on whether there is a new model without the tabs on the plate, but they didn't seem familiar with this. Likely due to how new the Arc Ultra is.
Great mount, doesn't fit the Arc Ultra.

Instructions Need Improvement
I successfully installed this mount for my Sonos Arc soundbar in a single afternoon; however, it proved much more challenging than the instructions would lead one to expect.
Challenge 1: Downward adjustment requires the application of significant downward force on the release handle, and that force must be applied evenly to both sides. The instruction manual notes that assistance may be needed (see bottom of p. 8), but neglects to explain why. Unless one has mounted the television to a bare wall, I suggest leaving the vertical assembly lowered relative to the TV interface mount and only raising it once the soundbar is in place. Doing so will make lifting the TV onto its wall mount (see Step 8 on p. 6) more awkward, but it will save the trouble of making a difficult downward adjustment later.
Challenge 2: Once I had fully installed the soundbar, I found that it was lower on the left side than the right (i.e., not level). To remedy the issue, I had to loosen the four M6 x 55mm TV screws (see Step 7 on p. 6) and the two M5 x 25 mm screws (see Step 9 on p. 7) a couple turns each, level the soundbar mount, and then tighten all six screws.
Once I had overcome these two installation challenges, I found the soundbar mount very satisfying in all other respects. I would urge Sanus and Legrand to revise the instruction manual to better address these challenges, as a brief online search shows that they are the main sources of complaints purchasers have raised with the product.

Where is the Mount for my Sonos ARC
1/6/24 I ordered a mount for my sonos arc, I called on Monday 1/8 and requested that the order be fedexed. I was told it would be done. Today I called to check on the status of the status of the sound bar and get a tracking number 5 days later. I was told that the soundbar had not shipped on Friday as of 2:50 pm. When I asked to speak with a manger I was told the manager was out and would not be returning until next week. Then I ask to speak to the next person above them and they said there was no-one I could talk to and that communications on this subject would be done via email. Next I requested for my order to be cancelled, then I was told that the order could not be cancelled but returned.
I cannot endorse or support this poor customer service, I will not use Sanus products in the future and I will spread the word.

ARC Lopsided
The Arc bracket is easily assembled but because the Arc is heavier on one, it sides crooked under my TV. I have two of them. Very dissapointing as most Sanus products I have are bullet proof.

Stuck!
I unboxed this mount today. Everything seemed to be going well until I tried to pull the mount downward, but to no avail. For whatever reason, the mount is not stuck in the upwards position and will not give. This is beyond frustrating and there doesn't seem to be a fix.

Well designed! Simple to install! Clean look!
I bought Sonos Arc long while back and had it resting on a coffee table under neath TV. I always thought I would need a professional installer to install it on the wall and would require holes in wall to fish and hide wires. But i recently googled “ how to install Sonos ARC to a TV, This product from Sanus showed up. I ordered one from a online retailer.
My current TV mount is six years old non adjustable. So I was worried if the Sanus ARC mount will work with the old TV mount that I had. I followed all the instructions that came with product. To my delight, the whole install went perfectly. I am very happy with the slick look that this bracket allowed me to achieve.

Works great, don't listen to the other reviews
I previously had the Playbar mounted below my TV with SA405 and was worried this wouldn't give me the same flush result with Arc. It's excellent. Just make sure you tighten the speaker mounting screws AFTER you attach it to the mount to reduce any sag. Then pull the plastic piece and release it after you've pushed the arc all the way into the desired place

A poorly designed thus overpriced solution
Designed poorly and required field modification upon installation, Additional tool needed for installation was a hack saw. My previous review was denied because it somehow didn't meet guidelines, I assume it was negative so unworthy of publication. My gripes are the tolerances are too relaxed therefore soundbar does not remain level, and hack saw was necessary to complete a clean installation.
